About Me.
Hey! I'm Izzy.
I’m a photographer and videographer based out of Skowhegan, Maine, and if there’s a camera nearby, chances are I’m in heaven! I’ve been in love with photography since I was a kid, and that passion led me to earn my B.S. in Communication Technology from Husson University.
I officially started Izzy Bouchard Photography in 2018. Since then, I’ve had the honor of capturing nearly 100 weddings and working with hundreds of amazing clients across New England on everything from real estate to commercial projects.
When I’m not behind the camera for my clients, I work as a Visual Media Specialist at the University of Maine, creating photo and video content for their marketing team. No matter what job I'm on, nothing makes me happier than bringing fun energy and a genuine connection to every shoot. Let's take some shots!

Q: Photo or video?
A: Both! I feel so lucky that I live in the era where a single camera is a photo and video powerhouse.
Q: Are drones a gimmick or game changer?
A: Total game changer. I’ve been a Part 107 certified drone pilot since 2020 with over 250 flights logged. I'll never get over the unique perspective of a drone!
Q: One piece of gear you’re never without?
A: A gimbal. If I could have one surgical installed as a third arm I would.
Q: What camera brand do you work with?
A: I am a Canon shooter, baby! I primarily work with the Canon R5 and R6, but I am also highly proficient with the Sony Alpha line and DJI Ronin 4D.

My work takes me everywhere from the campus of UMaine to wedding aisles all over the state. I firmly believe that the best photos happen when you’re actually having fun, so I focus on keeping things relaxed, real, and collaborative.
